Australia Post will be used to transport your purchases. Wick It Candle Co. hold no responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen items. Australia Post has up to $100 compensation available with more information at https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/compensation

If a product is oversold, we will notify you when stock will be available.

2. We thoroughly test our products before sale, on occasions we simply can't forecast quality issues. Please allow us to rectify the problem first as your custom is extremely important to us.
